Let me tell you a Cincinnati story. It's a true tale, told to me
by Zak Morgan (center). A fellow is driving through a dicey
part of town when his car breaks down. He pulls over to the
side of the road, alone and nervous. But a car pulls up behind
him, and the driver calmly offers to help. This stranger phones
a garage, and waits with the man until a tow-truck comes.
Finally, climbing into the tow truck to head for the garage,
the grateful motorist asks the stranger what he does."I catch,"
the man replies. Simple as that: for the Good Samaritan is none
other than Jeffrey Taubensee, the catcher for the Cincinnati Reds.
