The University of Cincinnatti boasts a whimsical and enigmatic

Frank Gehry building (one small wing of which is shown above),

a medical research center that looks something like a big brick

building inflated almost to bursting with a bicycle pump. We

can only hope that here, too, the crew will pack up and head

east to build something wilder still in New York (and indeed

the Guggenheim is hoping to construct of a flossy Frank Gehry

museum on the East River near South Street Seaport.)
