Fred's

New York City was founded by the Dutch, and

as soon as they'd pulled together enough pilings to make

a landing, they banged together a wharfside tavern or two.

Saloon construction has proceeded at a roaring pace ever since.

Fred's, just down the street, is close enough to be a local.

It's named for the owner's dog, and many more pictures

of Fred are featured within.
