hot dog eating contest at Nathan's Famous.

organizer George Shae, wrapping Old Glory
around Keiner's considerable girth, Gersh Kunzman
reported in the next day's Post. Keiner downed
20 and 1/4 hot dogs in twelve minutes, declaring
immediately afterwards that they were "simply delicious."
