The Walrus arrived in Manhattan early on Halloween

evening (five o'clock, by the looks of Big Ben) ready

to hand out candy by the flipperful to trick-or-treaters within

the Sagamore apartment building. Two came: Batman, and his little

brother. They got all the candy they could tuck into their bat belts.
