Watching over our office is Elvis at 3 by Howard Fenster,

a gift from the folks a few years ago. Enjoying Elvis and Fenster

as I do, I took in the Outsider Art Fair at the Puck Building

on Layfatte and East Houston a couple weekends back. It was

a lot of naive art to absorb, and an outsider to Outsider Art

like myself had a difficult time discerning a gulf between the

self-taught art selling for thousands of dollars inside and the

self-taught art selling for thousands less on the street outside.
