This edition finds us at the Istanbul Archaeological Museum, which houses many wonders of ancient statuary and as you will find later also has the oldest love poem known - but you will have to wait a bit for that for that. A few of the following have brief descriptions while others simply allow you to view a marvelous statue.

This is the Sarcophagus of Tabnit, a lovely piece carved from Diorite. Knowing that some later digger would probably be tempted to open this sarcophagus the inscription says in part:

I am Tabnit the King of Sidon, the Priest of Astarte. This casket does not contain any silver or gold....those who would find and open this casket and their breed shall not find peace in this world nor in the other world
